Rick Harrison, star of the popular reality show “Pawn Stars,” has broken his silence following the sudden and tragic passing of his son, Adam. Adam, 39, died of a fentanyl overdose in Las Vegas, leaving his family and friends in shock and devastation.
In a heartfelt tribute posted on Instagram, Rick shared a photo of himself and Adam, writing, “You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam.” The post was met with an outpouring of condolences from fans and celebrity friends, including Donald Trump Jr., who wrote, “I’m so sorry man.”

Adam’s brother, Corey Harrison, also paid tribute to his late sibling, sharing a touching baby photo of the two of them on Instagram. Corey captioned the image, “Wax wtf I will always love you bubba.”
Rick later revealed to Fox News Digital that Adam’s death was caused by a fentanyl overdose. He expressed his concern about the growing fentanyl crisis in the country, stating, “The fentanyl crisis in this country must be taken more seriously. It seems it is just flowing over the borders and nothing is being done about it. We must do better.”
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, overdose deaths, including those caused by synthetic opioids like fentanyl, increased by 56.6% from January 2020 to 2021. The Drug Enforcement Agency lists fentanyl as a Schedule II controlled substance, warning that even a small amount can be lethal.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Harrison family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Adam.
