Emma’s decision to move Bruce was met with criticism from some quarters. However, Demi Moore praised Emma during an interview on Oprah Winfrey’s podcast, recognizing the tremendous emotional weight of the situation. Moore expressed sympathy for Emma’s role as a young caregiver thrust into managing an unpredictable and heartbreaking illness.
Moore also stressed the importance of caregivers maintaining their own self-care to be effective. Emma recently released a book about the caregiving journey, and Demi believes this resource will help many others facing similar challenges.
