Following the arrest of both parents for baby Emmanuel Haro’s murder, his father was seen helping search bleak terrain days after the tragic charges. Emmanuel, 7 months old, fell missing after his mother reported being attacked near a store while changing him.
Police initiated a large-scale search but uncovered evidence suggesting foul play. On August 22, the Haro parents were arrested at their Cabazon home. Searches revealed electronics, vehicles, and suspicious evidence.

Jake Haro, previously convicted for child cruelty, accompanied police on cadaver dog searches in nearby valleys, but no body has been found yet. Police have not explained their search locations.

New reports claim investigators found possible blood beneath the family home’s floorboards and noted the disappearance of Emmanuel’s belongings, though police have not confirmed this.

Residents remain shaken, gathering for vigils outside the Haro home. Due to lack of suspect information, authorities did not issue an Amber Alert.

The investigation continues as the community awaits answers in this heartbreaking case.
