On August 10, 2025, my life changed forever. My sweet daughter Hailey “GG,” age 3, was in a tragic car accident in Spalding County, Georgia. The car crashed into a lake, sinking completely, with Hailey trapped inside while the driver stood on the roof and didn’t help.
Fortunately, brave deputies and firefighters broke the window and pulled Hailey out. She was lifeless but revived through CPR and emergency care, then airlifted to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where I rushed to her bedside not knowing what would happen.
Hailey survived but suffered a severe brain injury. She can’t talk, eat, or move by herself yet but can breathe on her own. Her road to recovery will be long and full of intense rehab and ongoing medical needs.
Despite the odds, Hailey fights with all her heart. We believe she will recover further with time, prayers, and support.
We need help to cover the enormous costs of her therapy, medical care, special equipment, travel, and daily expenses while she heals. My focus is on Hailey’s care, so financial help means everything.
