The death of Trigg Kiser, the three-year-old son of TikTok star Emilie Kiser, has been further clarified by an official police report. The report reveals that Trigg was left unattended in the backyard for more than nine minutes and was in the pool for about seven minutes before his father found him.

Brady Kiser was caring for both sons, Trigg and newborn Theodore, when the incident happened. He told investigators he lost sight of Trigg for a brief moment, but surveillance footage showed it was considerably longer. Trigg accidentally fell into the pool while playing and was not a strong swimmer.
Authorities initially recommended child abuse charges, but prosecutors decided not to file them citing lack of conviction likelihood. Following multiple public requests for case files, Emilie Kiser’s legal team succeeded in having some of the most graphic report pages redacted to protect the family from additional trauma.

This tragic event has sparked conversations about child supervision and pool safety, reminding everyone of the vital precautions needed around water.
