British Model Chloe Ayling Details Kidnapping and Self-Rescue from Dark Web Auction

In 2017, Chloe Ayling was drugged and kidnapped in Milan, Italy, by Łukasz Herba, who intended to sell her on the dark web as a sex slave. The ordeal started with a fake photoshoot, and Herba demanded a high ransom from her agent.

Throughout her captivity, Chloe remained calm and used her instincts to influence her captor. When he showed signs of affection, she carefully responded in a way that kept him hopeful, which ultimately led to her release at the British consulate after about a week.

Though some questioned the authenticity of her story, the legal system confirmed the kidnapping, convicting Herba and sentencing him to prison for over 16 years.

Chloe’s experience shows the importance of composure and quick thinking in life-threatening situations.
