Dmitry Rogozin, a high-ranking Russian official and former deputy premier, has escalated rhetoric by naming 23 UK sites as potential Russian strike targets, deepening fears of a widening war.

The sites, drawn from a UK government defence strategy document, include key military and industrial facilities. Rogozin’s threat was a response to former defence secretary Ben Wallace’s call to enforce a harsh campaign in Crimea.

Kremlin TV host Vladimir Solovyov further ominously warned that Britain might “not exist” overnight if Russia deploys its nuclear-capable Poseidon drone. These threats come amidst intense Russian drone and airspace incursions in NATO states like Poland and Estonia.
The evolving situation highlights the precarious state of Europe’s security as diplomatic and military tensions soar.
