Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s parenting agreement has come to light amid their high-profile divorce. Though they have been living separately since June, Kidman cares for their 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 14-year-old Faith Margaret.
The parenting plan grants Kidman primary custody, with the daughters living with her for most of the year while Urban retains visitation for 59 days annually. Both have agreed to refrain from negative comments about each other and to encourage the children’s healthy relationship with both parents.
Additionally, both parents will attend a court-ordered parenting seminar soon. Urban has already paid all child support due.
An attention-grabbing detail in their prenup states that Urban may earn $600,000 per year if he abstained from drugs and alcohol during the marriage, which may result in a payout over $11 million.
