In a chilling forecast, Ben Davidson, founder of Space Weather News, has warned that Earth is midway through a once-in-6,000-year geomagnetic disaster cycle. Detailed during an interview on the Matt Beall Limitless podcast, Davidson describes the planetary crisis as potentially catastrophic, possibly engulfing life as we know it.

Davidson’s theory involves the weakening of Earth’s magnetic field, which shields the planet from solar and cosmic radiation. He highlights an accelerated incidence of auroras at surprisingly low latitudes as proof of this deterioration, noting it has worsened since the mid-19th century.
The expert speaks of a solar ‘micronova,’ an intense solar flare capable of triggering a rapid pole shift. Though the concept remains controversial in mainstream science, Davidson insists his model is backed by historical geomagnetic data.
The consequences of such a storm today could mirror the 1859 Carrington Event but on a far grander scale, with power grids failing, water supplies disrupted, and food chains collapsing, leading to widespread societal disruption.

Davidson warns this event could occur within the next 10 to 25 years, urging governments and individuals to prepare for systemic collapse in modern infrastructure.
