A new identity called nebulasexual is emerging, especially within the neurodivergent community. It describes people who can’t easily tell if they experience sexual attraction due to how their brains process emotions and thoughts.
Conditions like autism, ADHD, or OCD can make it difficult to separate sexual feelings from other types of attraction, and nebulasexual is the term that gives a name to that lived experience.
By recognizing nebulasexual as a valid identity, society offers a space where people don’t feel broken but acknowledged and understood in their unique way of feeling attraction.
